Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. United Consulting Hub is seeking a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to support pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will assist with process optimization, production support, equipment qualification, and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing operations and process improvements
- Assist with process validation and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Investigate process deviations and perform root cause analysis
- Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and SOPs
- Support change control and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and company quality standards
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Engineering teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP, and validation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; internship or project experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus
