Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Eolas is a unified risk management platform built for the real estate industry. They are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer who is a frontend expert and comfortable across the stack to build and ship high-impact SaaS products.
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend architecture for our React/TypeScript web applications
- Collaborate across the full stack to design and integrate APIs and backend services
- Set and uphold standards for code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability
- Partner with product and design to translate requirements into well-considered technical solutions
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Own projects end to end, from scoping through production
Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with React.js and TypeScript as your core stack
- Full-stack range: comfortable with RESTful APIs, and backend integration
- Systems thinker who reasons about tradeoffs and unintended consequences across the stack
- Experience shipping customer-facing SaaS products, not just internal tooling
- Ownership mindset: you identify problems, form a point of view, and move forward
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring other engineers
- Active AI tool usage in your development workflow
