Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective clients through phone, email, text, and virtual meetings
- Build and nurture professional relationships through consistent follow-up
- Share information about leadership development programs and virtual learning opportunities
- Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms
- Support digital marketing initiatives using established systems and training
- Create and update landing pages and online marketing materials (training provided)
- Participate in ongoing professional development and weekly virtual training sessions
- Apply established business systems and processes to support consistent client engagement
Skills
- Three or more years of professional experience
- Experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership, Coaching, Consulting, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Confidence using technology and online communication platforms
- A genuine interest in leadership development and lifelong learning
- Have experience leading people or developing talent
- Enjoy helping others grow personally and professionally
