Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the psychosocial needs of patients and their families, leading to custom-tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous client records to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards while facilitating streamlined information sharing among the care team.

Qualifications
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits
