Your Responsibilities • Assess patients' mental health needs through thorough evaluations and screenings to develop effective treatment plans. • * Offer short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention for a variety of concerns. • * Lead therapy groups and workshops focused on topics that enhance patient well-being and personal development. • * Collaborate with departments within the clinic, including medical teams and community organizations, to ensure well-rounded patient care. • * Participate in outreach and prevention efforts, including mental health awareness campaigns and community wellness events. • * Keep accurate and confidential records in line with ethical and legal standards. • Your Qualifications • You hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). • * You possess a Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. • * You have a solid understanding of the mental health challenges that hospital patients face. • * Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, enabling you to engage effectively with patients and collaborate with a diverse medical community. • * You are knowledgeable about evidence-based practices and brief therapy models appropriate for a counseling center. • * You excel in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse caseload while prioritizing tasks efficiently. • If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others while enjoying the flexibility of remote work, we encourage you to apply and join us in our mission at Gotham Enterprises Ltd!
