They are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support their content, SEO, digital advertising, and campaign efforts, contributing to multi-channel marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and track marketing programs across email, social media, blogs, events, and content channels
- Research, write, and edit high-quality marketing content including blogs, solution briefs, case studies, email campaigns, and eBooks tailored for a B2B technical audience with focus on cloud, AI, and AWS services
- Create and curate social media content, including captions and original designs
- Identify content opportunities using community signals (Reddit, LinkedIn, industry forums) to inform topic strategy and content calendar development
- Assist in the development and execution of LinkedIn and partner marketing campaigns
- Support the planning and promotion of webinars and events
- Manage content updates in WordPress and collaborate on webpage messaging optimized for SEO and user experience
- Develop sales and technical collateral such as pitch decks, white papers, and SOWs using Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
- Design landing pages, marketing emails, digital campaign assets, infographics, solution briefs, LinkedIn banners, posts, and ads using Canva
- Collaborate with AWS partners on co-branded email marketing campaigns and branding materials
- Maintain and update presentation deck templates, proposal/contract templates, and client-facing deliverable templates
- Review live implementation of design assets against Figma specs, flagging discrepancies in layout, copy, and functionality for developer correction
- Provide ongoing design support for ad hoc content needs
- Conduct keyword research and support keyword mapping across multiple content formats
- Optimize blogs, landing pages, and digital assets for search engine visibility
- Perform regular SEO audits and implement on-page best practices
- Use SEMrush and Google Search Console to monitor keyword rankings and refine SEO strategies
- Coordinate with SEO agencies and web developers to implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO updates
- Develop and maintain on-brand content for sales and pre-sales presentations across service lines, including proposal and contract templates
- Nurture inbound leads from website, social, email, and other marketing channels and pass qualified leads to sales
- Collaborate with external partners on co-branded deliverables, managing alignment between internal standards and partner expectations
- Launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, including A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget tracking
- Analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI
- Build dashboards and reports using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platform data to deliver actionable insights
- Work across HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, SEMrush, SEObility, Confluence, and Jira
- Set up marketing workflows, contact lists, and lead tracking in HubSpot
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and engineering teams to align messaging and support lead funnel conversion
- Obtain AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification within 60–90 days of joining
- Pursue continuing education in SEO, keyword research, analytics, and relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Stay current on AWS services, digital marketing tools, and industry trends
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, SEO, or digital advertising, ideally within a technology company
- Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, and SEMrush
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Obtain AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification within 60–90 days of joining
- Pursue continuing education in SEO, keyword research, analytics, and relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Stay current on AWS services, digital marketing tools, and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS or cloud technology (AWS preferred)
