The role involves reviewing marketing materials for compliance, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Review a high volume of marketing materials against an established claims library and marketing manual to ensure all marketing claims comply with approved guidance
- Identify claims that fall outside existing approvals
- Route those items for legal escalation
- Partner with internal marketing teams to communicate review outcomes
- Help stakeholders find compliant paths forward
Skills
- Experience as a Marketing Compliance Attorney or Marketing Compliance Professional
- Ability to review a high volume of marketing materials against an established claims library and marketing manual
- Ability to ensure all marketing claims comply with approved guidance
- Ability to identify claims that fall outside existing approvals
- Ability to route items for legal escalation
- Ability to partner with internal marketing teams to communicate review outcomes
- Ability to help stakeholders find compliant paths forward
