Lochner, an Egis company, is recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator who will work closely with Marketing Managers, Pursuit Managers, Proposal Specialists, and the Marketing and Business Development team to support procurement response efforts. The role involves collaborating on proposals, ensuring compliance, and maintaining quality control throughout the proposal process.
Responsibilities
- Under supervision, collaboratively works with proposal team to respond to Requests for Qualifications/Letters of Interest and Requests for Proposals
- Reviews and interprets solicitation documents
- Assists with document layout, gathers information and content, and coordinates internal and external data calls
- Proofreads, edits, and formats proposal submittal content
- Develops figures/graphics to support proposal submittal and interview material content
- Writes and edits employee, project, and qualification collateral. Interviews staff to obtain information and use information to develop compelling content for proposal and marketing collateral
- Ensures compliance with proposal management documents, including proposal development schedules, outlines, and assignments
- Ensures quality control process is followed for all proposal submittals and various collateral
- Coordinates final submission of documents, whether print or electronic
- Conducts employee and project record updates through Deltek Vision CRM system
- Coordinates project photography; processing for marketing use
- Highly organized, proactive team player and performs under tight deadlines
- Relentless attention to detail, document quality, and pursuit compliance
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role within the AEC Industry
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or related field
