Tiny House Society is a comprehensive Tiny Home marketplace designed to help individuals make informed decisions when buying or selling a Tiny Home. The Marketing Director will oversee the development and execution of marketing plans, conduct market research, and manage marketing and sales activities to drive revenue and expand market reach.
Responsibilities
- Help sell at least 1 Tiny Home per month. Support both buyers and sellers through a smooth, positive sales process. Coordinate introductions, tours, and delivery when needed
- Connect with Tiny Home sellers on Facebook Marketplace and guide them through the listing process. Create and upload Tiny Home listings across multiple platforms. Gather accurate and complete details from sellers to build compelling, high-quality listings. Highlight each home’s features, story, and lifestyle appeal
- Call and follow up with interested Tiny Home buyers. Answer questions, provide additional information, and build rapport. Match buyers with sellers and help facilitate next steps
Skills
- IPhone and MacBook required
- Basic marketing knowledge with a strong desire to learn
- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and online selling platforms
- Excellent written communication skills and storytelling ability
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time independently
- Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools
