[Remote] Marketing Specialist

They are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will support and execute various marketing initiatives, taking ownership of tasks and projects while contributing to the planning and execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities

• You will support and execute across a range of marketing initiatives. This may include campaign coordination, writing and reviewing copy, organizing assets, analyzing performance, testing ideas, and helping bring new projects to life
• You will take ownership of tasks and projects once direction is given. You will be encouraged to think critically, suggest improvements, and look for ways to make the work stronger and more effective

Skills

• Some marketing background, whether through a degree, coursework, internship, or hands-on work experience
• A genuine curiosity about marketing — the kind of person who notices campaigns, thinks about why they work, and actively wants to learn more
• Understanding of core marketing principles such as positioning, messaging, and audience
• Reliable, accountable, and follows through without needing reminders
• Cares about quality, even in small details
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow and always thinking about how to use them better
• Communicates clearly and professionally in a remote environment
