They are seeking a Marketplace Growth Lead to scale their operations in Türkiye by increasing marketplace activity and building partnerships to enhance growth.
Responsibilities
- Own SendPal’s marketplace growth in Türkiye
- Increase the number of active travelers publishing trips
- Increase the number of people sending items
- Grow trips and delivery requests between Türkiye and Europe
- Build partnerships with Turkish communities, universities and organizations
- Identify and manage influencer and creator collaborations
- Launch local marketing and community campaigns
- Speak with users and collect market feedback
- Improve local messaging, onboarding and conversion
- Track growth metrics and continuously improve results
Skills
- Live in Türkiye and understand the local market
- Speak Turkish fluently and can communicate in English
- Have experience in growth, marketing, partnerships, community building or business development
- Understand organic user acquisition and social media
- Enjoy reaching out to people, communities and potential partners
- Can work independently and turn ideas into execution
- Love startups and taking ownership
- Care about measurable impact rather than simply generating impressions
- Previous startup or marketplace experience is a plus
