They are seeking Mechanical Engineers to design HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, and Fire Protection systems for various commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities
- Examine field conditions as required to support development and completion of projects
- Design mechanical systems including calculations of heating and cooling loads while adhering to the firm’s QA/QC process
- Select and layout mechanical equipment such as pumps, chiller, fans and boilers
- Develop project specifications
- Attend meetings with architects, owners and building managers to discuss future and or current projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
- Skill in the use of AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, Trace and Bluebeam
- Ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups
- EIT / PE license a plus
