Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Walton Isaacson, LLC is seeking a Media Biller to support their Finance & Accounting Department. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely preparation of client invoices, maintaining billing records, and assisting with accounts receivable reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Create invoices according to company practices
- Create reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested
- Review billing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with client contracts and company policies
- Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation in accordance with company retention policies
- Collaborate with the Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis
- Assist Accounting Manager in reconciling accounts each month
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments and vendors
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with vendors
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
