Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is representing a growing beauty brand seeking a Part-Time Paid Media Buyer to oversee digital advertising campaigns across key social platforms. The role involves optimizing paid social campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving customer acquisition in a fast-paced consumer brand environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest , and other digital advertising platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign effectiveness
- Manage budgets, pacing, audience targeting, and bid strategies
- Analyze campaign results and provide performance insights and recommendations
- Stay current on platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand initiatives
Skills
- 2–3+ years of paid media buying experience, with a focus on paid social
- Experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads
- Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics
- Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to manage projects independently
- Background working with a beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, fashion, or other consumer brand preferred
- Agency experience is also highly valued
- Experience collaborating with creative teams is a plus, though this is not a creative production role
