Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily transaction processing, including ACH, wire transfers, direct deposits, and loan payments.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate general ledger entries to ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, the Federal Reserve, and other financial institutions to resolve transaction issues.
- Assist multiple departments with fraud investigations, member inquiries, and accounting ledger adjustments.
- Manage member cases and service tickets, providing timely and courteous resolutions.

- Review, approve, and audit Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Deposit, ATM, and other image‑enabled services.
- Log and analyze significant GL changes, account adjustments, and reversal entries.
- Execute stop payments, check batching, and end‑of‑day balancing procedures.
- Gather and verify information from members to ensure accurate and timely processing of domestic and international fund transfers.
- Research and confirm inbound and outbound transfer details, communicating clearly with members on transfer status.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of member data, complying with the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations.
- Support overdue return processing, receipt issuance, foreign collections, and related fee assessments.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in finance is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel and Word—for data analysis and reporting.
