- Issue temporary mutes to users who exhibit minor infractions, providing clear feedback on the reason for the action.
- Enforce permanent bans for repeat offenders or individuals who pose a serious threat to community safety.
- Investigate user‑submitted reports, gather evidence, and document findings in a structured moderation log.
- Collaborate with the careerzynith Community Management Team to refine moderation policies and suggest improvements based on emerging trends.
- Participate in weekly moderation debriefs to share insights, discuss challenging cases, and align on best practices.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
