They are seeking an experienced, part-time Sales Manager to drive growth across New York City's on- and off-trade accounts, focusing on sales planning, account management, and brand building.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory-level sales plans for NYC on and off-trade accounts
- Identify new opportunities and prioritize high-potential venues and retailers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and premium retailers
- Conduct educational tastings and in-person meetings to deepen brand engagement
- Ensure sell-through and visibility at point-of-sale
- Deliver against agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular reporting on account performance, market feedback, and competitor activity
- Partner with marketing on promotional campaigns and activations
- Share insights from activations and account performance to inform broader marketing and sales strategy
Skills
- Proven experience in beverage/alcohol sales, brand ambassadorship, or hospitality
- Strong network in NYC's bar, restaurant, and retail scene
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver results
- Confident communicator with excellent follow-through and reporting discipline
- Passion for spirits, hospitality, and culture
- Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US
