Responsibilities:
- Schedule nurses and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to meet patient needs.
- Utilize intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Participate in a weekend on-call rotation.
- Communicate shift confirmations to the care team.
- Manage trackers and spreadsheets to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor nurse and HHA visits, gathering patient satisfaction feedback through calls.
- Employ various technology platforms for tracking, time management, and report generation.
- Collaborate with different departments to address diverse patient needs.
