Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately transcribing patient profiles, obtaining medically necessary documentation, and processing patient orders through our online pharmacy system
- Troubleshooting problems and resolving tracking issues, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
- Verifying orders, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care and support
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in customer service, medical administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and internal teams
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace, with the ability to work in a remote environment
