CitiusTech is a company focused on the healthcare industry, and they are seeking a Payer Sales Account Director to manage large client relationships within the Payer/Health Plan team. The role involves driving sales activities, developing business opportunities, and partnering with executives to enhance account strategies for revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage large client relationships
- Manage client relationships - including onsite review meetings with client stakeholders
- Identify and scope growth opportunities within the account
- Facilitate project definition, requirement gathering, design, architecture, etc. for delivery teams
- Drive and co-ordinate prospecting/joint sales efforts in given markets
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for given account
- Work with delivery organization to scope solutions and close deals
- Visit clients onsite to present solutions & get approvals
- Participate in contract discussions / negotiations
- Participate in trade shows / conferences
- Participate in joint sales activities with clients and their customers
- Lead and manage technology partnerships and joint sales opportunities
- Develop new business opportunities through consultative selling
- Partner with C-Level executives within the accounts to drive outcomes
- Build and execute account strategy for revenue growth
- Build and nurture relationships within the accounts
Skills
- High Level of experience in Client Engagement / Account Management & Sales based out of US
- Experience in US Healthcare Industry and Health Plan Market
- Experience in IT Outsourced Industry
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in talking to both Sr & Executive Mgmt
- Strong aptitude to learn and adapt
