Job Responsibilities:
- Process fortnightly and semi-monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
- Manage all new employee onboarding, including setting up payroll, terminations, salary adjustments, direct deposit, and W-4 forms.
- Review and verify source documents and payroll segments for accuracy.
- Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service support to employees.
- Prepare manual checks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as depicted by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Must pass a background check.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Ultipro is highly desirable.
