They are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and implementing paid search and social advertising strategies for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare campaign strategy to achieve client objectives
- Optimize Google Ads, Google Shopping and Facebook Ads (optional) campaigns
- Prepare campaign reports, insights, presentations and answer questions about account performance
- Spend 5-10% of your time improving the knowledge of PPC
Skills
- Min. 3 years of Google Ads experience in a digital agency setting
- Strong analytical skills & Google Analytics knowledge
- Ability to write concise emails and explain difficult advertising concepts in plain English
- Ability to manage and prioritize time effectively
- Ability to identify red flags and connect the dots quickly to move projects forward
- Good listener, self-aware, receptive to feedback, and ability to develop relationships with different people
