Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our remote contact center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound correspondence related to the M3P program, providing exceptional support to members and providers, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound mail related to the M3P program, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Provide expert support to members and providers, addressing inquiries regarding benefits and coverage decisions
- Ensure urgent inquiries are resolved within 24 hours and standard inquiries within 72 hours, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain precise records and documentation, adhering to organizational standards and protocols
- Engage in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Required Skills
- Retail Pharmacy Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with typing, Outlook, Excel, and other essential software tools
- Pharmacy Knowledge: Solid understanding of medication names and classifications
- Exceptional Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver high-quality service and communication
- Attention to Detail: Precision and thoroughness are critical for this role
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Adaptability: Positive attitude towards change and a willingness to learn and grow
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere, with a strong focus on teamwork and support
- History of providing excellent customer service, with a passion for delivering outstanding support and care
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred, but not mandatory
