The Product Consultant will manage product implementation, support sales strategies, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure product efficacy and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manages external vendor after launch and implementation to include group onboarding, sales training, resolution of member level issues and client/vendor invoicing
- Analyzes and coordinates submission of aggregate executive summaries regarding efficacy of the product/program that are both client facing and line of business specific
- Develops, coordinates, evaluates, and provides customer support for activities/programs
- Creates member feedback collection methods, monitors member satisfaction and improves services to enhance customer experience
- Maintains training and marketing materials
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with external companies and internal Lines of Businesses
- Maintains detailed procedures/documentation of data sources and all related product methodology
- Responsible for developing and implementing policies/procedures, onboarding, and invoicing
- Prepares charts, illustrations or other graphic presentations, as well as narrative analysis
- Monitors/interprets trends and offers solutions to address emerging healthcare utilization trends
- Additional tasks, projects as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in job related field
- Associates degree plus an extra 2 years of job-related work experience for a total of 6 years of required work experience (see 'required work experience')
- 8 total years required work experience
- Three (3) years of product experience (wellness, virtual care, transparency, etc.)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing multiple product lines
- Knowledge of backend claims
- Experience meeting contract SLAs
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience presenting in front of a virtual audience
- Great organizational skills & Attention to detail
