Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. X4 Life Sciences is a fast-scaling digital health team seeking an experienced Product Manager to join them. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership to build scalable product processes, improve user experiences, and accelerate the delivery of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive product initiatives from concept through launch
- Create and maintain product documentation, requirements, user stories, and specifications
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, roadmap development, and release planning activities
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs and optimize end-to-end customer journeys
- Drive adoption of product management best practices, processes, and frameworks
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term roadmap planning and strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities for automation, operational efficiency, and scalable growth
Skills
- 4-6+ years of dedicated Product Management experience
- Background in a larger technology company, enterprise environment, or well-established software business (i.e. Amazon, Meta, Oracle, Adobe, Microsoft etc.) with established product process + training
- Familiarity building or scaling products in ambiguous, rapidly evolving settings
- Proven experience working directly with software engineers and UX/UI designers
- Demonstrated ownership of customer-facing products and user experiences
- Strong understanding of modern product development methodologies, including Agile and sprint-based delivery
- Experience creating high-quality product documentation and requirements
- Familiarity with multiple user personas and complex user journeys
- Start-up experience highly preferred
