The Product Manager II will focus on monetization for Indeed's ads platform, shaping strategy and improving the employer experience to impact company-wide revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee strategy and roadmap for our Sponsored Ads Management experience
- Use data to find new opportunities to grow revenue
- Work closely with sales, customer support, and customers to identify top pain points
- Regularly present wins and losses for your product area to senior leadership
Skills
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience
- Experience working in monetization
- Proven ability to analyze data using tools like SQL and Python
- Experience working closely with engineers to define, plan, and deliver products and features across complex problem spaces
- Experience balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations to inform product decisions
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights, experimentation, and metrics to guide prioritization and product improvements
- Deep curiosity and accountability for the data and insights of their products
