Quikr is looking for an experienced Product Manager – Security & Trust to lead the strategy and execution of security and compliance capabilities for a modern developer platform. The role involves collaborating with various teams to build secure and scalable platform features while enhancing developer experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for platform security, identity, access management, and trust capabilities
- Partner with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Design teams to deliver secure, scalable platform features
- Drive product strategy for authentication, authorization, identity management, audit logging, secrets management, and security controls
- Lead initiatives that improve platform security while maintaining an excellent developer experience
- Define access management strategies including roles, permissions, OAuth, SSO, SCIM, personal access tokens, and organizational access models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize security enhancements, compliance initiatives, and platform reliability improvements
- Develop security-related product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
- Define success metrics for product launches and monitor adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction
- Engage with enterprise customers, security teams, and technical stakeholders to understand regulatory and security requirements
- Support compliance initiatives including SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, and similar security frameworks
- Partner with documentation teams to create clear, developer-friendly security documentation and implementation guides
- Stay current with cybersecurity trends, identity technologies, cloud security, AI security, and developer platform best practices
Skills
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms, or Developer Tools
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization (RBAC, ABAC, RLS), OAuth, SSO, SCIM, API security, secrets management, and audit logging
- Experience working with engineering teams to build highly technical enterprise software products
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Go-to-Market teams
- Strong product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Exceptional written communication skills with experience creating product documentation and technical specifications
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment
- Experience managing security products for cloud platforms, SaaS products, or developer ecosystems
- Knowledge of AI security, automated systems, or identity models for AI-powered applications
- Experience supporting enterprise security reviews and customer security assessments
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, or similar frameworks
- Technical knowledge of PostgreSQL, networking, cloud infrastructure, or identity platforms
- Experience shipping enterprise-grade security capabilities for regulated industries
