Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. r.e.m. beauty by Ariana Grande is seeking a passionate and strategic Product Marketing Manager to execute the product marketing strategy for their cosmetics portfolio. The role involves developing a product launch calendar and translating product innovation into compelling consumer stories to drive awareness, adoption, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and innovation pipelines
- Lead product performance reporting, tracking KPIs such as sell-in, sell-through, velocity, distribution, margin, and launch performance
- Analyze performance by category, SKU, and channel, to identify growth drivers and underperformers
- Own product lifecycle management, including launch performance tracking, optimization, and post-launch analysis
- Develop clear, executive-ready dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights
- Partner with Sales and Finance to align on forecasts, performance gaps, and corrective actions
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and core product lines
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target consumers
- Partner closely with Product Development, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure alignment from concept through launch
- Create marketing briefs, launch toolkits, claims, naming, and storytelling
- Collaborate with digital, PR, social, and influencer teams to ensure consistent product narratives across all channels
- Monitor beauty trends, consumer insights, and emerging categories to identify growth opportunities
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or personal care
- Strong understanding of beauty consumers, trends, and retail environments (DTC, Sephora/Ulta, mass, or prestige)
- Proven experience leading successful product launches
- Excellent storytelling, positioning, and written communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
