The Product Sales Executive will drive growth and expand adoption of Trimble’s HR software portfolio, influencing workforce management outcomes for major customers in the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative software portfolio growth by partnering with Account Executives and guiding customers through the full sales lifecycle to drive measurable adoption
- Prospect, qualify, and shape new business opportunities by leading early discovery sessions and identifying customer needs
- Deliver tailored, impactful product demonstrations to strategic stakeholders by balancing virtual and in-person engagements
- Build trusted, multi-channel relationships with industry professionals and collaborate internally to secure high-value RFIs and RFPs
Skills
- Proven understanding of HRIS tools, either through practical HRIS experience or by selling this specific category of software
- At least 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions or direct experience working within the construction industry
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding strategic sales targets
- Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills combined with an autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset
- Prior construction industry expertise or dedicated SaaS sales experience within the construction sector
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products
