They are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale network infrastructure programs in a regulated cloud environment, ensuring secure, compliant, and high-performing infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex networking programs (planning → sequencing → delivery → cutover)
- Partner with network & platform engineering to influence architecture decisions and technical tradeoffs
- Coordinate across engineering, security, compliance, and operations teams
- Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and critical path planning
- Lead operational cutovers (change windows, rollout/rollback strategy, runbooks)
- Provide clear executive-level status updates, escalations, and decision framing
Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in infrastructure or networking domains
- Strong networking fluency (routing, firewalls, load balancing, DNS, hybrid connectivity)
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., FedRAMP)
- Proven ability to lead without authority and drive cross-functional alignment
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream programs
- Education: Bachelor's degree required
