- Experience recruiting software engineers or technical professionals into startup, scale-up, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, or venture-backed environments
- The drive and maturity to thrive in a hybrid, autonomous setting
- A collaborative mindset and ambition to continue developing their career
- Cybersecurity recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
