Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across our verticals — sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and hiring managers throughout the search process
- Maintain an active pipeline of multiple concurrent searches without compromising quality
- Guide candidates through the process and represent Careerscape professionally at every stage
- Work within our proprietary ATS (TalentFlow) and candidate/employer portals
Skills
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency experience preferred
- Demonstrated track record of successfully filled roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence and credibility with senior stakeholders and candidates
- Ability to manage 10+ active searches and prioritize effectively
- Sound judgment in evaluating candidates
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and the ability to learn our proprietary TalentFlow system
- Recruiting experience in one or more of our verticals
- Experience supporting a company through a growth or scale-up phase
