The Regional Account Manager, New England will run their own business within the assigned region, focusing on developing strategic business plans and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve diagnosis rates and grow sales.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including 3 years of field-based experience in account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement
- Proven success in product launches, ideally with first-in-class therapies and in competitive markets
- Experience navigating complex rare disease patient journeys, including diagnosis, referral pathways, and access challenges
- Experience working in ambiguous environments requiring cross-specialty coordination for patient identification
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 70% overnight) and maintain a valid driver's license
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in specialty, genetics, or rare disease markets
- Experience managing a large multi-state geography
