They are looking for a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise to lead a high-growth team, drive revenue, and enhance sales processes in the enterprise segment with 501-5,000 employees.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise new business and expansion targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health
- Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to ensure closure
- Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance
- Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and hands-on deal coaching
- Set clear performance standards and develop career paths for the commercial sales team
- Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and Product to share market insights
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion
- Refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing enterprise teams
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS
- High agency and comfort driving results within fast-paced, Series A–D environments
- Experience in BI, data analytics and/or ETL platforms strongly preferred
