Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ST Engineering North America is a leading provider of workforce solutions focused on the aerospace industry. They are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop new business and expand existing customer relationships throughout an assigned territory, selling staffing solutions and contract labor to aerospace manufacturers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within aerospace manufacturing, MRO, and aerospace supply chain organizations
- Build relationships with decision-makers including Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Production Managers, HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement
- Sell contract staffing, direct workforce solutions, project-managed services, and work package solutions
- Prospect through networking, referrals, cold calling, industry events, and strategic account planning
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through contract execution
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- Conduct customer site visits to understand production challenges and identify workforce opportunities
- Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and contract terms
- Maintain accurate sales activity and forecasting within CRM
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
Skills
- Aerospace industry experience is required
- Minimum of 5 years of outside B2B sales experience
- Proven experience selling workforce solutions, staffing, contract labor, project services, or manufacturing solutions
- Existing relationships within aerospace manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers, MRO facilities, or aerospace service centers
- Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing operations and production environments
- Demonstrated success developing new business and closing complex sales opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
- Experience selling staffing or workforce solutions
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing disciplines including: Structures, Assembly, Composites, Electrical, Sheet Metal, Aircraft Interiors, Quality, Inspection, Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience with project-based labor or managed service programs
