Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to phone inquiries from members, providing timely assistance and support
- Conduct triage through phone consultations or in-home visits as required, ensuring that our members receive the care they need
- Collaborate effectively with on-call physicians, maintaining precise documentation and ensuring seamless communication
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in Pennsylvania
- Valid Driver's License

- Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in home health or geriatrics is preferred
