LS Solutions is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer for the Personalization team, focused on enhancing recommendation systems to improve user satisfaction. The role involves designing and developing ML-driven solutions and collaborating with various teams to implement and test these systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, evaluate, and refine ML-driven reward signals for recommendations through hands-on development
- Promote best practices in ML system development, testing, and evaluation
- Lead cross-team collaboration to integrate and A/B test signals within various recommendation systems
Skills
- Strong background in machine learning, statistics, optimization, with experience in sequential models, transformers, generative AI, and LLMs
- Hands-on experience managing ML projects and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in implementing production ML systems using Python, Java, Scala, with tools like PyTorch, Ray, Hugging Face
- Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Beam, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
- Commitment to agile processes, data-driven development, and disciplined experimentation
