Responsibilities
- Evaluate simulation test results to inform safety and release decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software and system requirements
- Lead code quality activities, including design and code reviews
- Communicate complex analytical findings through visualizations and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Skills
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Math, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering, with expertise in algorithm development and deep learning
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Spark
- Experience with large datasets, model training, validation, and error detection
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate innovative concepts into practical solutions
- Mentorship and technical leadership experience
- Autonomous vehicles, robotics, physics, or related fields
- Experience working with simulation data
