Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Sales Enablement Regional Director to join our amazing culture. This role supports the Local Vertical Sales Enablement initiative by ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with Vertical and Company strategies, as well as regional strategies for growth in the Local Verticals.
Responsibilities
- Successful implementation of standardized Sales Enablement Sessions for Standardized Convergint Enablement Toolset across specified region. In partnership with Local Leadership, lead Sales Colleagues through the enablement and adoption best practices of Advanced Consultative Sales Program(s), Business Reviews, Cold Prospecting Program, & STEP Tool
- Drive adoption and Call-to-Action activity by collaborating with Local Leadership and/or AEs on strategy, approach, and delivery of Standardized Enablement Toolset including the Business Reviews, Cold Prospect Program, and STEP Tool
- In partnership with Regional/Local Leadership and Local Vertical Market teams, develop and execute Regional Enablement Sessions for both internal Colleague enablement, as well as external Clients/Prospects
- Support the on-boarding of new Colleagues
Skills
- Minimum 3 years leading colleagues focused on sales activities, preferably in the security industry
- Must reside in (or relocate to) the U.S. North East region
- Proven leadership and ability to drive change, move colleagues to action, develop strategies for growth and competitive advantage, deliver Company mission and value
- Must be able to operate in a Matrix environment including CDC, Field/CTC Leadership, Account Executives, and a full compliment of Verticalized and Specialized support Programs at Convergint
- Mastery of key selling and positioning across Local Vertical Markets will be required, including SLED, Healthcare, and Utilities in addition to Financial and Federal
- Ability to earn trust, influence others to action, position value of our Program positively and that of the company
- Ability to operate in matrix environment autonomously while being a team player / coach to colleagues and teammates

- Ability to leverage Convergint performance data resources, relevant internal Share Point locations, and virtual presentation software

- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
