The Sales Executive will engage with homeowners and real estate professionals, manage sales processes, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Driving growth of Fidelity National Home Warranty products with homeowners, real estate professionals, and other partners
- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Conducting virtual sales presentations
- Building strong relationships with real estate offices, agents, and brokerage networks
- Managing a sales pipeline
- Following up on inquiries
- Preparing quotes and proposals
- Accurately maintaining customer information in the CRM
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs
- Supporting marketing initiatives
- Providing feedback on market trends and competitor activity
- Meeting sales targets
- Participating in virtual trainings and meetings
- Representing the brand with a focus on service, integrity, and customer satisfaction

- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques
- Relationship-building and account management skills to engage homeowners, real estate professionals, and partners
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex products clearly and handle objections professionally
- Basic marketing and presentation skills, including conducting virtual demos and supporting promotional campaigns

- Ability to work independently, meet measurable sales goals, and adapt to changing market needs
- High school diploma required
- Prior experience in home warranty, insurance, real estate, or related industries
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
