Easify is an all-in-one omnichannel marketing, CRM, and bulk text messaging software platform that helps businesses scale by breaking communication barriers. The Sales Specialist will take complete ownership of the full sales cycle, managing prospecting, product demonstrations, and closing deals in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Independently manage the entire virtual sales pipeline, including proactive prospecting, outbound lead qualification, and closing strategic B2B accounts
- Virtual Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging online walkthroughs highlighting key features like automated workflows, bulk text campaigns, and real-time data analytics
- Consultative Selling: Identify client pain points—particularly in industries reliant on SMS marketing—and position Easify as their premier software infrastructure solution
- Digital Client Onboarding: Support initial customer education and remote training to drive high platform adoption and long-term retention
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities within our CRM, report performance metrics, and share market feedback to help optimize the product roadmap
Skills
- Proven B2B Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in prospecting, managing pipelines, and closing deals. Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or remote technology sales is highly beneficial
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of, or direct sales experience in, industries that heavily require SMS marketing infrastructure to run their daily operations
- Remote Work Proficiency: High self-motivation and discipline to effectively manage multiple accounts and meet or exceed sales targets in a fully distributed team environment
- Communication & Presentation: Top-tier negotiation, active listening, and virtual presentation skills to effectively pitch to corporate decision-makers over video calls
- Relationship Management: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build deep client trust and manage accounts entirely online
- Technical Tools: Comfortable working with CRM software, basic data analysis tools, and modern remote collaboration stacks (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- A relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
