[Remote] SCM with O9 Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking an SCM with O9 Consultant. The role involves understanding customer requirements, converting business needs into solution designs, and ensuring non-functional requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of customer’s requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting it
• Working across multiple layers of the application to convert business requirements and use cases into solution design and configuration
• Executing unit testing, regression testing, support UAT activities, support training
• Ensuring that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability and reliability are captured
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience
• 6+ years' Experience with o9 Master Planning and Scheduling (MPS), Supply Planning
• 5+ years' Experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods or Consumer Technology or Retail
• Requirement management and Business Analysis skills are required
