The Senior Analyst, Supply Planning is responsible for developing supply plans and managing inventory to optimize flow across distribution centers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and plan for every part (PFEP) replenishment strategy for finished goods SKUs across global distribution network
- Own customer OTD, FG inventory turns, and cost performance on an end-to-end scale for respective SKU portfolio
- Align PFEP strategy to ERP system parameters to drive accurate net requirement signals back to factory and supplier forecasts
- Partner with large, cross-functional groups around the world to drive improvement initiatives while leveraging Danaher Business System (DBS) to drive innovation and change
- Manage a large customer base, ensuring adherence to contracts and business initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in field with 7+ years' experience OR Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in planning and procurement
- 2+ years in a finished goods/network capacity planning setting, with experience of working in an MRP/MPS environment
- Strong communication skills with global stakeholders at different levels within the organization
- Ability to travel (domestically & internationally) up to 10% of the time
- S&OP process – at Danaher called PSI (Production, Sales and Inventory)
- Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud systems
- Finished goods (FG) planning for medical device/biotech products
- Leading & facilitation of Danaher Materials System (DMS) fundamentals
