Responsibilities
- Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
Skills
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in consulting
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance
- Ability to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices
- Ability to perform standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications
- Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined policies and processes
- Ability to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
