Take2 Consulting, LLC is seeking a senior contractor to design, build, and optimize solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center and the Power Platform. This role will support and enhance a live Omnichannel environment and deliver scalable solutions using Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center and the Power Platform
- Support and enhance a live Omnichannel environment (voice, chat, SMS)
- Build Copilot Voice Agent experiences
- Deliver scalable solutions using Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Skills
- 5+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Power BI
- 5+ years of experience building solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
- Strong Dataverse expertise, including: Data modeling and security
- C# plug-ins (sync/async, pipeline stages, performance)
- Proven experience with Power Automate (complex flows, retries, exception handling)
- Experience building Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps
- Experience building Copilot Studio Agents and implementing them in a production environment
- 8+ years of experience working in a large enterprise IT organization
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Customer Service Premium
- Hands-on experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service (voice, chat, SMS)
- Experience designing or implementing voice or conversational agent solutions (Copilot Voice Agents / conversational automation)
- Power Platform ALM / DevOps solution management experience (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
- Azure integrations (Custom Connectors, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs)
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power BI)
