They are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to design and develop modern web applications, collaborate with various teams, and influence the future direction of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Build intuitive user interfaces for complex, real-time workflows and data-rich applications
- Own features from concept through deployment while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering
- Help define frontend architecture, coding standards, component libraries, and state management patterns
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend applications
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and real-time data services
- Build automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing layers
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and overall user experience
- Participate in code reviews and mentor teammates through technical leadership
- Leverage modern AI development tools to improve productivity and contribute to AI-powered product capabilities
Skills
- 6+ years of professional Front-End Development experience
- Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript experience
- Extensive experience building applications with React
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and modern application design
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, Zustand, TanStack Query, or similar
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user experience best practices
- Experience working within SaaS environments
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment with evolving priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Next.js experience
- Experience with WebSockets or other real-time technologies
- Experience with component libraries and design systems
- Familiarity with frontend schema validation tools such as Zod or Valibot
- Experience with accessibility standards, including VPAT
- Experience working in B2B SaaS
- Experience in regulated industries such as public safety, healthcare, government technology, or financial services
- Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar as part of the software development lifecycle
