Responsibilities
- Run a high-performing full desk in your specialty vertical(s)
- Build, manage, and expand high-value client relationships
- Leverage our Agentic AI + Lead Distribution System (LDS) to move faster and smarter
- Set the standard for delivery, speed, quality, and accountability
- Mentor others as we scale; your voice and leadership will shape the firm
- Contribute directly to culture, process, and operational excellence
Skills
- Proven agency track record - min $400K+ annual billings or clear performance at that level
- 5+ years recruiting experience (agency required)
- Confidence and skill operating a true full desk (Business Development + Account Management)
- A reputation for urgency, precision, and follow-through
- Leadership instincts - you build people up and raise standards
