As a Senior re:Members/Impexium Analyst, you will provide advanced business analysis and project management services, focusing on evaluating and implementing various technologies for trade associations and professional societies.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate technical and functional business requirements from our clients
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and translate them into actionable system requirements
- Assess the functions and features of various business systems supported by our clients
- Compare system capabilities with client needs, identifying and addressing functionality gaps
- Implement and configure business systems according to documented requirements
- Conduct thorough testing of business systems against documented requirements
- Identify and document any deviations or deficiencies, ensuring the systems meet quality standards
- Follow project plans, reporting progress regularly to stakeholders
- Proactively identify potential concerns or delays and communicate them to management
- Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Identify and define opportunities for business process improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst working in re:Members/Impexium and with a focus on business analysis and technology implementation
- 3+ years of experience with Association Management Systems (AMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems. Candidates with proven expertise on the re:Members (formerly Impexium) AMS will be favored
- Proficiency in Website Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with associations, nonprofits, or mission-driven organizations
- Familiarity with data querying languages (SQL, JSONiq) and data management/analysis tools
- Knowledge of project management principles or experience leading a technology project
