Sodexo is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Director, Data Center Solutions to accelerate growth within the rapidly expanding data center market. This role will focus on selling integrated support services solutions and developing customized solutions to address complex operational and business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition, cross-selling, and account growth within the data center sector by leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through contracting and implementation
- Engage executive-level stakeholders to understand business priorities, develop customized solutions, negotiate complex multi-year agreements, and deliver compelling financial and operational value propositions
- Partner across operations, finance, marketing, HR, legal, and subject matter experts to develop integrated solutions, support retention efforts, and ensure long-term client success
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline within Salesforce, maintaining accurate forecasting, reporting, and opportunity management while executing sales plans aligned to growth and revenue objectives
- Utilize CRM data, win/loss analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve sales effectiveness and drive data-informed decision-making
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the data center industry, leveraging insights to shape sales strategies, influence solution development, and identify new avenues for growth
- Share customer and market intelligence with internal stakeholders to support innovation, pricing strategies, and long-term business planning
Skills
- Experience selling Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Services, Engineering Services, Workplace Services, or outsourced support services
- Experience selling to data center operators, colocation providers, hyperscalers, cloud infrastructure organizations, or other mission-critical environments
- Advanced understanding of enterprise solution selling, financial modeling, contract negotiations, and multi-year service agreements
- Experience working successfully in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience engaging executive-level decision-makers and influencing multiple stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of management experience
- 10 years of functional experience
