Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation
- Identify and pursue strategic new business and horizontal growth opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with C‑level executives and deliver value-based, customized solutions
- Conduct ROI and financial analyses to strengthen business cases
- Support retention and rebid efforts in partnership with operations and segment leadership
- Navigate a highly matrixed organization to align integrated solutions and protect financial outcomes
- Maintain a disciplined Salesforce pipeline and contribute to accurate forecasting
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy and solution development
Skills
- 10+ years in enterprise sales or business development
- Experience in healthcare, integrated facilities management, clinical support services, or related industries
- Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise CRM best practices
- Proven success leading complex, multi-year sales cycles
- Strong financial acumen and contract negotiation experience
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Executive presence, consultative selling skills, and a client-centric mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
